Oftentimes, I am unavailable to answer my phone due to being in client sessions, so please either leave me a voicemail with your contact information and I will call you back within 24 hours or you can email me. I typically return emails for new clients within 24 hours during the weekdays
At the current time, my services are available in person and virtually in the state of Tennessee (in person for Nashville area). I am also accepting Telehealth (virtual) clients from Oregon, and Idaho.
I offer weekday and early evening appointments as well as Saturday appointment times.
On the video consultation call you’ll be able to get a sense of my style and energy, get your basic questions answered, as well as, we'll discuss your therapeutic needs and if I’m the right therapist for you. This session does not allow enough time for any type of deep exploration, advice or diagnosis.
My fee is $175 per 50 minute session for individuals and $195 per 60 min session for couples. If you are under some type of economic hardship, ask about the reduced rate options during your initial consultation. Most credit or debit cards are accepted for payment and you are billed at the time services are provided (VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX, as well as FSA and HSA Cards).
FORMS:
Upon scheduling your consultation appointment, you will be sent a secured and confidential portal link where you will be able to access and complete all intake documentation, consents and policies forms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any sessions canceled after the 48 hour policy will be charged my full fee. Missed appointments/No Show appointments, will also be charged my full fee.
INSURANCE:
I am an out-of-network provider for ALL insurance plans, but most reimburse a percentage of my hourly fee. The percentage will vary by provider. I do not bill insurance directly for my clients, however I do provide a monthly superbill which is a statement you can submit directly to your insurance company. In order to find out what they reimburse for out-of-network providers, I highly recommend you contact your insurance plan to understand your benefits regarding reimbursement for an “out-of-network mental health provider,” prior to our first regular session.
