DIVORCE: It’s not a 4-Letter Word

You have a vision for your life, and this divorce is the stepping stone to get you there.

Let’s face it, you’re tired of:

  • Not feeling “good enough” in your marriage.

  • Constantly feeling like “what’s the point?”

  • Judging yourself for not having the marriage you pretend to have

  • Not experiencing the relationship you thought you signed up for.

I get it. You’ve been trying your hardest to make it work, but treading water is exhausting! If you’re here, you’ve probably finally hit the point where you realize you are DONE. And you know if you don’t do something now, well, honestly you can’t even contemplate what happens then. You’re ready to be free, and know as uncomfortable as it is, it’s time to discuss the dreaded “D” word. DIVORCE.

The very best way to succeed (and survive) in the divorce space is to step into it confidently and courageously, but it can be hard to know what this even looks like, or if it’s even possible. I’m here to tell you it is! I’ve been there, and trust me when I say, once you take this next step and start tasting the freedom, you’re going to start becoming even more confident than you’ve ever been before.

There is NO Perfect Science to Navigating the Process of Divorce

Building a strong support network to help you through the process is not only going to make you feel less alone, it’s going to help you make sense of everything you’re feeling and experiencing.

Divorce doesn’t mean you’re a failure. It means you tried and ultimately decided you need something different in order to thrive. Getting a divorce is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself (and even your partner!).

Going it alone can be debilitating. It’s easy to get stuck in loops of self-judgment, shame, criticism, and self doubt. I know because I tried to go in alone for a while, and it didn’t work.

Instead, what if you could go through this process surrounded by supportive, understanding humans who will walk with you, celebrate you in your courage and vulnerability, and help hold you steady when you feel like you might fall apart?

I’m curious, What becomes possible when you drop the guard and let people in?
